Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The referral program called ReferPro is nothing but a blessing for our company. Being at home services, the value of interpersonal relationship relationships is what drives a lot of our business. Word-of-mouth needs to supplemented with a tool like this. Lacey and her team have been diligently, teaching us how to best utilize this program from the beginning, always ready to schedule a meeting to clarify any missed details, and helping us close gaps. Feel extremely grateful for all the work they’re doing to make sure that our ReferPro program is top-notch and working. I also love the scorecard feature, helping us to fully utilize the program in all areas of our business. They have a good idea, the platform seem ok, not sure what more to add. No complications or obstacles while creating referral campaigns for my business. The software is really easy to use and I can have multiple campaigns which allows me to build customized referral programs for different clients without needing a developer to help me. Referral Factory allows us to run multiple referral programs all at the same time. The tracking dashboard gives us a clear view of each of all our different referral programs and which one is working better. We were also able to integrate our referral program with our Salesforce CRM making it that much easier to chase referral leads and close new sales fasters. I really liked the demo call as the consultant, Jess, was helpful in showing me the ins and outs of referral marketing. Since I’m not a marketer, this was very useful. As a marketer I liked that you could build a 100% working referral program without any coding. A lot of the other tools you have to install scripts etc. Oh and also the branding options are good too - everything can be customised. Cons No cons. It has east to use interface which allows you to be flexible with your campaign customization. I have been using the software for a few months now and haven't had any issues with it so far. Only that you can’t enable sharing direct to Instagram. I haven’t had any major problems so far but it would be great if there were more resources available on how to run referral marketing in the field of education. It’s all been a steep learning curve but I’m glad it’s working! So far nothing - we have been using the basic plan for last 6 months.
