	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros ScalePad responds quickly and provide all the support with out delay! Stan, Partner Support Specialist, Lifecycle Manager is one of the best along with his team. I am glad TeamLogicIT partnered with them. The Web portal. All of my client's devices are detailed with manufacturer, model warranty status, purchase dates, serial numbers. Cons At first their site sent me air delivery labels for shipping. This was a problem at first but they resolved this expediently smooth with no delay and never made the mistake again. Literally every Next Business Day claim I made took over a week to be resolved. This is why i stopped doing business with ScalePad.
