	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Queue-Fair were an absolute lifesaver for us. We ran into serious traffic issues on launch day, and their team stepped in immediately. They helped us stabilise everything quickly, and when we relaunched 24 hours later, the queuing system worked flawlessly. Every step of the way, their support was quick, clear, and genuinely reassuring. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended. Honestly the support has been the best part. Any question we had, they got back to us fast and actually understood what we were trying to do. Also there are integration guides for basically everything, so setting it up was way less painful than I thought it would be. Cost, Service and Technology. All good, all well explained and a smooth integration process. Great customer care in terms of recommendations to save money. Path-level protection of just the checkout flow; true FIFO queuing with a visible position counter; multiple simultaneous queues per event; scalper-bot filtering; setup took minutes with one line of code; usage-based pricing suits event-driven traffic spikes; responsive support. I appreciate Queue-Fair’s simple portal and the transparent graphs, which provide clear insight during traffic peaks. Adjusting the queue is very straightforward, giving us a great deal of control and confidence during busy ticket sales. The API integration has been transparent and seamless, resulting in a better experience for our end users. In addition, the initial setup was very easy and was supported by a strong onboarding session. Cons Everything was superb - no cons at all. They couldn't have been more helpful and everything worked perfectly. Nothing really so far. We haven't been using it for very long, so ask me again after a few more big sales 🙂 None as of yet. A very good start to our relationship. Nothing significant so far — it's done what we needed it to do Some of the wording in the portal is not immediately clear if you are not yet familiar with everything the product can do. However, there was always enough explanation available to quickly understand what each option meant. Another minor point is that there is a lot of information and documentation available on the website. Fortunately, you certainly don't need to read all of it before you can start using the product effectively.
