Across the $2B+ in receivables Monk manages, 92% of enterprise invoices have to be submitted through a corporate AP portal rather than paid from an emailed invoice. Monk submits into more than 600 of them, including Coupa, Ariba and SAP Business Network, and uploads 87% autonomously. Julia, the Monk agent for Intelligent Collections, reads customer replies and responds to what was written rather than advancing a fixed dunning sequence. 90% of invoices resolve without escalation. It repairs and protects sender reputation at the domain and IP level, warms up new domains and IPs on an adaptive schedule, and shows where messages actually land through inbox placement testing across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and other major mailbox providers. Live blacklist monitoring and deliverability alerts surface problems as they develop rather than after a campaign underperforms, and an ML-modeled sender score makes reputation measurable week to week. InboxAlly runs alongside the stack you already have. It works with any ESP, SMTP service or custom sending infrastructure - including Mailchimp, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Brevo, Klaviyo, HubSpot and Instantly - with no migration and no change to how you send, and without handing over your sending credentials. A REST API and native integrations support programmatic setup, and separate sender profiles let agencies and multi-brand senders manage many domains side by side. Based in New York, InboxAlly supports email marketers, agencies, cold outreach teams, SaaS senders and deliverability consultants, from a single domain to enterprise sending programs. Every plan includes a dedicated customer success manager and 24/7 live support, and evaluation starts with a 10-day free trial that requires no credit card. 136 Ratings Visit Website Proton Mail Proton Mail is the simplest way to protect your communications with built-in end-to-end encryption. Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros That i didn't end up having to pay for their horrid "customer service". There's not many other positives, honestly. Yahoo! Mail is the first electronic mail platform I ever used, I use to get emails, newsletters and attachment easily with no stress, sending emails was indeed fast, it doesn't consume lots of data and it was highly secured. It was indeed reliable back in the days. It used to be good. Umm. It's free. - The platform is easy to get started and use. - It is available on all the platforms. - Searching mails and bookmarking them is easy and a quite useful feature. - Photos, documents and media files can be sent as an attachment. - The sign-up process is easy and pretty straightforward. - Yahoo has one of the easiest to use user interface among any email client tool. - It allows the user to sign in and use multiple professional and personal accounts at once. - There is a large amount of customization available in the tool. - The user support is quick and helpful. Cons You have to PAY for customer service in order to get back into your account. they are RUDE. They take SO LONG before answering the phone (10+ minutes). You end up NOT being able to get into your account. POS company. It has been years since I logged in to Yahoo! Mail only to find out that the platform layout is still quite old. Attachments are often slow while uploading/sending. After 15 or so years I'm looking for another email client. It's impossible to re-sign up with Email contacts that I have in my contacts list after Yahoo blocked them on their own even though they are in my contacts list... They just stopped allowing them through about a couple of months ago. I subscribe to other newsletters (In my contacts list) They mark as spam and they acknowledge that's the newsletters are in my contacts list. I have to click "It's safe" Every day. I no longer get the newsletters I subscribe to regarding 3D modeling. They block your contacts and show you the finger when you try to get them whitelist again. Aside from that it's okay. - The user interface of the application very outdated. - There are pre rolled pop ads on the landing page. - The sidebar has a lot of ads and pop-ups that can be a distraction while reading emails.
