Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Love the ease to sign up and create events lots of options for payment processors and easy to link them to your profile site looks good and is fast no lagging in the service Easy interface, free for the user, allows several people different levels of access to what they can do within the system. Easy to promote and can even nest within your webpage. As a new user not knowing anything about this site it was very user friendly easy to set up and navigate. I only got through the setting up part we've only used it for one day so I can't really give much of a review for anything further than the setup project The ease of set up and the step-by-step instructions allowed for an intuitive process of creating an account, creating an event - and publishing the event. I never used any other streaming software so I don’t have anything to contrast the product with - but with how easy this was, I can’t see any reason I would check out their competitors. I Recommend this platform. I've had a great experience using PromoTix for managing event ticketing. The platform is easy to use, making it simple to create events, sell tickets, and keep everything organized. The setup process was straightforward, and the overall experience has been smooth and reliable. I also appreciate their responsive customer support and their commitment to improving the platform. If you're looking for an affordable and user-friendly ticketing solution, I'd definitely recommend giving PromoTix a try. Cons What's not to like? too many good things about the service so far no dislikes Honestly, not many cons, very basic looking, but nothing really wrong with that. As of now I have nothing bad to say like I said it is our first time using it today so I didn't run into any issues yet Aesthetic design choices but that’s highly subjective- it functions great. We partnered with TicketSearch to take registrations for our events. It collects all the information we need and more. We're able to ask for t-shirt size, meal requests, and other information to build a donor profile. I also like that I can automate post-event surveys, which makes my life easier. We bought into TicketSearch because of the marketing integrations. We were easily able to connect our existing MailChimp account, to streamline communications. Through the system, we've set up automatic reminder emails and a post-event survey, which provide valuable metrics to enhance the customer journey. And, it saves me time, because I can setup all of the reminders when I setup the event instead of scrambling to get communications out later. Cons It took me a little while to figure out all of the bells and whistles. But, the support team is really fantastic. Every time that I called or emailed with a question, they responded right away. The system is so powerful, that it takes a little time to learn how to maximize all the bells and whistles. Make sure you set aside some time to really explore the connections, so you can get the most from the TicketSearch platform.
