	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Labour planning helped me control costs better without guess, Swapste took away the headache of constant messaging, easy to use rota for managers and staff. Made payroll much easier at the end of the week. Visibility of staff and shift issues after the rota had been distributed Cons With Swapste being so young, there is extras which I would like to have, like payroll integration, although I have been told this is on the roadmap for Swapste,
