Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros When using Patabid, some of the best things about it include the fact that it combines estimating and tracking in one system. Its interface is not too difficult to navigate, and it makes the work of estimation, bidding, and other processes simpler and more efficient. This tool can be used by anyone who wants to simplify calculations, and store all information in one place. Another positive aspect of Patabid includes the fact that it is highly customizable. It is possible to configure it according to one’s needs, and thus make it even better. In addition, it promotes cooperation between teams due to the centralization of information. Very easy to use, the support they offer is very quick and efficient, program is highly customizable, training courses are full of great info and guidance. PataBid has completely streamlined our electrical estimating process. It's modern, intuitive, and incredibly efficient—saving us hours on takeoffs and bid prep. The software feels built specifically with electrical contractors in mind, offering smart features that actually make our jobs easier. 3 years ago I was frustrated and stuck with my old paper system of estimating. I began looking into software to help me be faster and more organized. I looked a few options and settled on PataBid. It checked all the box's I thought I needed and extras that I didn't know I needed. Fast forward to today, and I use it for everything. We are winning projects and making money with it. The customer service is very quick with answers and help. They are constantly adding more and more components to the software and I would call it a robust program now. This software handles all of our estimating, from small residential renos to full commercial builds. I highly recommend PataBid to any electrical contractor that is looking for a good estimating software. The AI-automated feature are huge time savers and do not sacrifice quality or accuracy in the estimate. Cons One drawback could be that some of the complex features might seem restrictive and less user-friendly to individuals who are used to very personalized settings or those who would like to integrate their CRM software with other enterprise applications. Moreover, the software’s reporting and performance capabilities could still use some improvements. For instance, the creation of certain reports might not be as fast as one would expect. Program is only online, so if you have an unstable internet connection it can slow things down. So far there are no negatives that we have seen, looking to see where they take the software. I don't have a real con on this. It does what its suppose to and does it complete and well. There are no negative issues with PataBid Quantify. It is a very reliable tool for my business's estimating needs.
