Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Cost management and workflows are the best module, easy to configure the API with ERP like Dynamics. Custom reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows are all easy to build. The system overall is very easy to use. You can drill down in reports to see things are the project, portfolio, and program levels. All the modules work together seamlessly which helps reduce duplicate data entry and has gotten us off of using multiple platforms for our facility asset management. User-friendly. Custom reports. Visual workflow speeds up the approval process. Support responds quickly. Cons Features in the Form module, in the part of drawings. It would be great if they had more online YouTube training videos. Currently they mostly just offer paid training services. (on the plus side, this isn't needed much as the system is very user friendly) I honestly can't find a con with this program. This system, like others, is only as good as the information that is entered. Be concise with your entries, and your life will be easier at the later date when you need that information.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Dumb down version of RS Means assemblies. Residential order of magnitude type work is fine. There is no other pros. If you are looking to check a box that you did an ESI, maybe this is an ok product. See below. Cons Does not have all the typical structural MEP components. IT service is dismal. Deceptive business practice on subscription services. This was the worst decision I made in my 35 + years in the insurance restoration industry... We tried to make it work but it was such old technology and still in beta. I thought maybe it was me but I had my IT guy sit brown with me and he said it was a joke. The part that was crazy is that I actually have documentation from them saying that they support what I was saying . I asked for my money back and they would not give a refund.
