Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are no benefits to using an app that does not work as advertised and I don't have the time to re-install it and provide the requested videos on top of explanations and source files to help the developers. Pros. It's interface is user-friendly and contains multiple features for comprehensive and easy editing. As someone who handles a ton of PDFs for work, PDNob has been a huge time-saver. It makes everyday tasks like editing, converting, and organizing documents super easy. The OCR feature is a game changer turning scanned files into editable text is smooth and accurate. The AI summarization is also pretty neat when you're in a rush and just need the key points. It runs great on both Windows and Mac, and the interface is clean and simple, so even if you’re not a tech pro, you’ll figure it out fast. The user interface is very simple to use, perfectly designed for the purpose, and comes with all the features needed to create, edit, and manage PDFs for both professional and personal use. I've been using Tenorshare PDNob PDF Editor for several months, and it’s become a staple in my workflow. The interface is simple and intuitive, so I didn’t need a steep learning curve. The editing and annotation tools are excellent, allowing me to make quick changes to PDFs without any hassle. The OCR feature is particularly impressive—it accurately converts scanned documents into editable text, which saves me a lot of time. I also love the file compression and merging options that work without compromising quality. Cons PDNob OCR Doesn't work as advertised. OCR creates artifacts in the background image that can't be removed. I made several different attempts, but all renders were unusable. I uninstalled it within 4 hours of purchase and asked for a refund on the basis that it doesn't work as advertised. Refund denied. Don't waste your money. Cons. It is only available on Windows. I tried to find it on my iOS device but didn't find it. Moreover, response from the support team also needs to be improved. The free trial is pretty restrictive—you don’t get to test much before hitting limits. Also, while the main features are solid, I feel like it’s missing a few advanced tools that heavy users might expect. Fingers crossed those get added in future updates. Two issues stood out for me: the free trial version was very limited in its capability and customer support could use some improvements. One downside is that PDNob PDF Editor does not offer a lifetime subscription option. It only has subscription-based plans, which might not be ideal for users looking for a one-time purchase.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros User friendly software; the icons are tiny and not labeled but the labels pop up when mouse pointer is moved over the icon; good options to export to other formats; I like the OCR recognition feature which works fine; software works as expected; no bugs; good pricing. I think there are three pros to this tool. 1. This is the first real free PDF editor I've ever used. It is 100% free to edit text and images in PDF documents. 2. The interface is very beautiful and eye-catching which is quite different from other PDF tools. 3. The performance is good. Cons Very tiny icons which are not labeled; cannot cut-and-paste selected areas of a page; no phone customer support; had to send 5 emails before they responded; promised me one year use of UPDF AI but I never got to use it since they only gave me 2 weeks with a warning that they would automatically charge my credit card; scary customer support since they have no phone number of address in the U.S. Only in China. It is rather new in the market. At first, I don't trust it as I have never heard of it. But once I tried it, I begin to love it.
