Pros from Real Users Pros Pdf guru is an amazing app and it is very user friendly anyone can edit there pdf and make one it gives you so many options such as text, font type ,zoom in and many more it make my work done very quick and easily and I am a very happy user N/A I appreciate the overall user experience, professional presentation, and the effort invested in making the product accessible and convenient. The platform offers a useful approach, and I found the experience generally positive. Its features and practical functionality can be valuable for users seeking an efficient and reliable solution. The overall design and accessibility contribute to a satisfactory experience. N/A Very little to mention here. The PDF conversion itself worked and the website was relatively straightforward to use for the specific task I needed. Customer support was also polite and responded to my emails, which I appreciate. However, beyond that, I didn’t find much that stood out positively about the overall experience. The initial service seemed convenient for a simple PDF conversion, but the unexpected subscription charge and subsequent refusal to provide a refund significantly outweighed any positives. Given the cost involved, I would personally expect a much clearer purchasing process and greater transparency around trial-to-subscription terms. I don't know anything about the product. I was trying to open one file one day and I stumbled across this product that said it would open it for 99 cents. I had no idea that I was signing up for anything and it certainly was not clear that they would charge me $50 a month for something I'm really not even sure if I ever downloaded or used. Unfortunately it took me 3 payments to realize they were taking the money and they are not a decent enough company to do the right thing. Scammers!!!! I will make sure you will pay for what you did. You just wasted my time emailing you with my refund. You never refunded it to me!!!! No pros poor service unclear recurring charge refund denied very disappointing experience not worth it at all forever. I used it for a one time test and it was ok. I wanted to compress two videos but the final product lost quality. There are no pros ! Just stay away from this website as this is subscription trap and obviously this is a SCAM.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There is really only one categorical difference between this and the product from the big, monster “A” company. For high volume signatures, sending out documents where you create the signature requirement, or the single most broadly accepted digital signature standard globally, the big “A” corporation is the only option. But unless you are a medium to larger corporation, you will discover with research — that that level of signing ability and document control is very rare for anybody else to require. And there is nothing that PDF-XChange Editor Pro can’t do, down to an incredibly deep level of PDF document structure and control, until you get again to the very deepest level of the big “A” corporation. All other levels of document control in PDF format and document signing can be done with this application. And their business model and purchase format is infinitely more honest and simple than the other option that I keep mentioning. PDF-XChange Pro offers excellent value for money, fast performance, powerful editing tools, OCR, custom stamps, digital signatures, and reliable handling of large technical PDF drawings. This software is the gold standard for PDF edits, management, works. It’s all there and it’s no fuss, comes without fancy pictures and blinking images. It is fast and stuff is found where it should be, it is intuitive. I have been using it for 10 years and would always insist on it on every new machine. A lot of features easy to use, reliable, acceptable license price for a self employed user as am I. Do mostly electronic signatures and compiling documents from various sources and formats into one final pdf document. I use the PDF-XChange Editor only for the same editing features available in Acrobat Reader, so I can't provide a review of its PDF content editing capabilities. PDFX is far superior to Acrobat as well as the other PDF reader/editor apps that I tried for the features that I need. It has a complete set of tools, capabilities, and personalizations, and they are easy to customize. If anyone has ever tried to create a quick toolbar in Acrobat then you know how tedious it can be. You need to go through a tree structure about four times for EACH item that you want to add to the toolbar. Acrobat requires that you click on Comment in order to get the Comment toolbar at the top of the window every time that you open a file, but not PDFX. PDFX has a customizable ribbon and a customizable Quick Access toolbar that functions and looks like that of Word and Excel. Not Acrobat. In short, PDFX has a UI that will be familiar, standardize UI that you find in many programs, which Acrobat does not have. Cons There’s nothing I don’t like. The Pro level is a very large tool set, and despite this - is relatively easy to use, but it is not quite a point-and-shoot system, which is not surprising given that this is a serious tool set, which really doesn’t leave you missing anything in the kit at all. It also has the rare ability, important for me, to use one or more developer AI API keys and this was a critical smart choice that Tracker Software made. I would appreciate an option of an iOS/iPadOS environment as this is a common method of on-the-road, mobile PDF handling and is probably the only lack in Tracker Software’s tool set. That and MacOS, but that last isn’t a concern for me. There is no dedicated angle measurement tool, but angles can still be measured indirectly using a workaround. Some issues with the OCR function sometimes. No possibility to clip inserted images, this would be a great addition. Currently no possibility to cut from PDF except using a rectangle shape. Shapes should be flexible, and rotating cut (screen cut) shapes would be great. I have not experienced any problems during many years of use, except for minor difficulties when reinstalling my PC, when, despite using a single license, I exceeded the permitted number of licenses, probably due to repeated reinstallations. However, technical support resolved this issue within minutes to my complete satisfaction. I haven't found anything that I don't like in the three months or so that I have used it every day.
