The implementation of Blackbaud left me extremely frustrated as it lacked the ability to perform basic tasks that PCR Educator effortlessly handled. Furthermore, my experience with customer service at Blackbaud was negatively affected by frequent staff turnover, resulting in new support personnel who were unfamiliar with the system. It is astonishing that Blackbaud required an additional $20k for an account consultant to address these issues. In contrast, PCR Educator's system has consistently proven to be reliable, user-friendly, and cost-effective. Their support team is outstanding, always ready to assist and possessing in-depth knowledge of their system. It is evident to me that PCR Educator is the superior option for schools aiming to streamline their operations effectively and efficiently. Cons The DAT reports are difficult to maneuver until you learn the various tables of how everything is connected. High prices on annual fees (but totally worth it). However, their annual fee is all-inclusive, so we get unlimited users/training/support/project management. It is disappointing that they do not provide a library system within the PCR Educator ecosystem. It would be greatly beneficial if we could have our library integrated in PCR Educator database.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love how RunPTO's accounting system made the accounting for our Parent Teacher Organization so easy. We went through several accounting systems but none of them met our needs. From Chart of Accounts, Budgeting, Bank Reconciliation to the Dashboard everything in RunPTO is fine tuned for Parent Teacher Associations. Their new features of workflow forms for deposits and expenses made my volunteer job very easy. Membership Management is one of the best. Cons Everything works smoothly. Support is excellent by the RunPTO Support Team.
