	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Our team and clients have been able to adopt rapidly, with very little training requirement. When we have run into questions, their support was quick to point us in the right direction. Really has helped how we get feedback - and it keeps our clients and team accountable to deliverables. Quite easy to get started. Has exactly the features we need to work together - and extensive markup/annotations. The task functionality is great. Works wonders on PDFs (most of what we do). Really good range of tools to use. Works very well on our video project and has saved us so much time! Clients love it. Cons None really. It's intuitive software and has been a game changer for us. Tiff support would be good and ability to markup Gifs as well. Would be nice to have more integrations with slack.
