Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I sent the work on [7-5-25] and it’s been over 2 months with no reply from this company side. This is really unprofessional. Before getting the work they were quick to respond, but after delivery they have completely gone silent. Opus is a great guide solution for sharing processes with internal or external stakeholders. The creator guide is fairly rich both in terms of word processing capabilities and adding multimedia, including video and doc files. - Super easy - Chrome plugin - AI Features - several customization choice - Easy to share - Automation feature - Analytic Cons Reputation Damage, Word spreads quickly in freelance and professional communities. There is nothing not to like. It works exactly as advertised out of the box. Some feedback I have to take it to the next level: Please consider tweaking the Ui?UX to make it more modern look & feel Is there a way we can integrate GPT 4/Claude using our own keys to expand upon the process? - Wish there was more arrow pointing options in the document.
