Before getting the work they were quick to respond, but after delivery they have completely gone silent. Opus is a great guide solution for sharing processes with internal or external stakeholders. The creator guide is fairly rich both in terms of word processing capabilities and adding multimedia, including video and doc files. - Super easy - Chrome plugin - AI Features - several customization choice - Easy to share - Automation feature - Analytic Cons Reputation Damage, Word spreads quickly in freelance and professional communities. This software can be easily integrated into a cloud-based IT infrastructure and supports both state of the art sign on technologies and separation of duties in compliance with standard IT security guidelines. The application is stable, performant and offers a wide range of features in the front end as well as in the back end. By using Theum, several company departments at Siemens Energy can publish their content internally very efficiently. Easy to use with delivering answers to questions, no longer lists of documents. in the past with ECM you had to open every document in a hit list to check if the content suits your questions. This is dramatically different with Theum, combining suitable text segments via semantic search and AI algorithms. The documents come from different sources, nevertheless the correct ones are found. The search time is relevantly shorter, the results are relevantly better. The costs can be quickly amortized through optimization potential. The employees love Theum. Cons First installation was a little cumbersome, but release updates are easy. Nothing what could be written about. No cons from us as users and customers Manufacturer support for software updates is required. Pricing could be a little bit more flexible for small users. The web connector could be easier to implement. The use of Theum requires a change in the corporate culture. The use of AI brings fear and uncertainty. Employees have to be introduced slowly. Not the technology, the culture is the challenge.
