Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This software represents for us complete organization and efficiency. It allows for our priority of healthy communication and simply does everything we need in the business of maintaining hot tubs for both private and vacation rental properties. I like that the software is easy to navigate. When creating tasks, rules, the step by step instructions help out a lot. Jill and her team are always on-hand for support and to provide assistance and/or improvement suggestions. Constantly improving the product with new innovations. Automated scheduling makes plannings daily tasks and seasonal projects effortless. Customizing checklists per property. Easy to use reporting tools and tracking property maintenance issues. From the first meeting it was clear to us that Operto Teams would be the perfect fit for our growing business. Jill and the team are very customer focussed and they have thought of everything to ensure that the software seamlessly reduces the workload by organising tasks and allow our team members to focus on delivering a great customer service. Simple to use, efficient support, happy staff! Operto Teams has revolutionised our business and increased our productivity by 90%. The features included work for so many applications, this product would suit so many businesses. It integrates with most channel managers and they were happy to work with our developers to integrate new ones. Cons It does everything we need it to! For our business model it works really well. Not much dislike. If I had to pick one thing it would be that it needs more features, like inventory. There's not much I don't like about this product. A few design features could be improved upon. When first using the software there can be a lot of information to take in while you are getting used to how things work but the help articles are really good and the team offer a lot of support too. Genuinely can’t think of any cons! The process of setup was flawless and the team have helped us whenever we have had any stumbles along the way.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The features are unique, powerful, and super helpful. The price is low. This is best soft and it's price, features, and ease of use. Design is really looks cool. I don't think they could have made this any easier...it synchronized instantly and prepared my whole rate calendar the moment I clicked save on the strategy Simple setup, you can even log in with your tokeet account. they give you a nice long free trial too before you pay anything (and it's not much money anyway). It costs about $10 per house per a month and it makes me a significant amount more, so it's a no brainer. Cons There's not much I can find wrong with Rategenie so far. Nothing at all...there's literally nothing bad about it There are no issues after 1 month of use on 12 properties. I guess its a little difficult to understand all of the stuff its doing but you don't need to if you use the automatic strategies I would like to see more pre-set strategies (like ones that focus on long term bookings, or ones that always undercut a specific competitor lol)
