About

OpenWorker is an open source, local-first AI coworker that gets everyday tasks done from start to finish instead of only returning answers. Users ask for an outcome, such as a renewal brief, incident report, follow-up message, calendar update, sprint summary, or finished document—and OpenWorker works across the tools where the information already lives. It can connect with Slack, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Notion, HubSpot, GitHub, Attio, Google Drive, Jira, Linear, Asana, Dropbox, Box, files, and other services through one-click or manual connections. It supports cloud, open-weight, and fully local models, including providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Mistral, DeepSeek, Kimi, Qwen, and Ollama, and users can switch models when a task calls for something different. OpenWorker researches, gathers context, performs multi-step work, creates polished outputs in chat, Slack, Markdown, PDF, images, or files, and checks in before consequential actions.

About

Slite is the self-maintaining knowledge base: a single, verified source of truth for your team and for the AI agents that work with it (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor). Slite Agent offers enterprise search from 20+ connected sources such as Slack, GitHub, Linear, Jira, Google Drive, Notion and HubSpot. It spots when docs drift out of date, drafts the fix, and sends every change to a human for review before it goes live. Ask gives cited, permission-aware answers from your docs and connected tools. MCP and a public API are included on every plan, so any AI tool can use Slite as company context. SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant, with SAML SSO, SCIM and audit logs on Enterprise. Built for teams of 50 to 1,000 people. Start with a 14-day free trial.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • You can have all of your documents in one area which makes it nice if a teammate is asking where to find something you can always refer back to one platform.
  • - UI and UX --> nice fonts and organization, easy to navigate even for people with a traditional mindset - Customer Support & Responsiveness --> easy to talk with the team no matter what role they are covering. That's an invaluable asset in a time where most of the people covering management roles think they are too important to be bothered.

Cons

  • To me, it is like Google Drive, but harder to navigate and use.
  • - iOS Mobile App not at the level of the web browser on desktop --> it makes sense to privilege desktop cause that's where you wanna do the most on your knowledge base, nonetheless it'd be a great plus to have a proper app with all functionalities.
