Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Open Source. lots of customization options. Create your own VPN profile using free networks available on sites such as vpnbook. Also available as a service - pay as you go model. Cross Platform. The software made the process of setting up a Virtual Private Network so much easier. It has a lot of configuration options available including the use of DNS servers, user permissions and more. OpenVPN has support that will help with any issues needed. Cons Initial setup is difficult - creating profiles, installing certificate (at least on windows). It still requires a fair bit of work to actually set up the Virtual Private Network.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros TruGrid provides a remarkably seamless remote access experience that feels very stable even over lower-bandwidth connections. The setup process is straightforward, and the integration with existing identity providers (like Azure AD/Okta) simplifies security management immensely. Very useful. It's a good solution for remote connections. Easy to install and to set up. Their support is also very helpful when we need assistance. TruGrid allows secure remote access to computers and servers without the headaches of VPN. It is fast and responsive to use and simple to configure. It is centrally managed in the cloud and can be used for many computers, or on a single computer. It provides end-to-end encryption and uses a zero trust model. Perfect, easy solution for my customers to remote in to their office computers. Then, there's the added benefit of RemoteApp without all the complex config. Easy to set up, amazing onboarding, onboarding staff and technical support. Easy to integrate to Microsoft Office 365. Cons I would like to see more advanced customization options in the end-user portal to further streamline the interface. The initial configuration documentation could be a bit more detailed for specific complex network setups. Sometimes issues are not as easy to see, but the good thing is that we can count on their support. Nothing, really. TruGrid didn't provide phone support several years ago, but they do now. Pricing went up last year, but that is happening with almost every product. I don't like having the minimum Qty of seats as I am a 1-man shop and don't need that many seats. I also didn't like the price increase, but who does? I have to write 50 characters, but the only thing I am not thrilled with is the 20 user minimum.
