Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Software has all of the features we need for invoicing and bills with much more available for those that need it. Relatively easy to get started importing customers and accounts. Interface is nice and easy to navigate. Referred by an associate this product was easy to learn but very deep. Friendly hints to set-up and we like the inventory tracking portions to manage our products. Multicurrency was a big reason we chose this product. Easy to set up and use, with a logical layout and processes. Covers all that is required to run a business smoothly. Useful reports and advantages such as product label printing and storage of documents. Returns and credits handled easily. Only took 15 minutes to import our data and get moving. Easy to do things and program is very fast. Honestly I can't believe how little they charge for running payroll. US$2 for each employee is a steal. All our numbers are accurate, so calculations seem proper. We really like this software and have been looking for something like it for a long time. Price is like other accounting programs but the more we use, the more things we find it does that others don't. Can track our sales orders and stock really well without overpaying for bigger ERP systems. Cons An initial issue with beginning balances import, but that was a csv file issue. More help guides would be useful to explain the settings. More live support for countries outside the USA. Would like to hide some menu options if we don't use them, thank you. UK VAT returns have to be made via third party bridging software. No UK payroll. Not much to dislike but adding more pop-ups to explain some of the features would be helpful. Takes a few more minutes to set it up and import your data but once that's done, it's worth it. Could use some training videos.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ease of use, intuitive flow in all processes, responsive and thorough customer service, robust capabilities. I appreciate how easy this system is to look up orders and order details. Having a system that can look up customer's orders based off the customers information is a great advantage. aACE is also a very organized system leaving very little chance for processing errors. aACE is easy to learn and is very organized. I almost always know where to find the things I need and being able to have multiple orders/invoices open on different windows is very useful. Ease of use, great support team and documentation! It is great to be able to access through the desktop app and through a web browser with no issues! aAce has an unique approach to the discovery process. For a small fee, they give access to a full version of aAce; both desktop and web; and include weekly meetings with experts for 6 weeks. It is great opportunity to determine if aAce delivers as promised - and it does! This is far superior to an expensive installation process only to find out that the product does not deliver as promised. In addition to superior customer service, this is the best process for testing/implementation. Perfect for small to medium companies. Cons No cons I can name. We use the system daily and any issues are addressed immediately and remedied. I cannot find anything bad to say about this product. On rare occasions, the system will lock up but that is a simple fix of restarting the program. This is a very rare occurrence. Voiding invoices can sometimes lead to a rabbit hole without any direction on what to do next and how to fix the outstanding amount. I also wish there was a better process for recurring orders. I don’t have any cons to report about aACE software. None so far. All concerns answered promptly and courteously.
