It helps to maintain the best fitness of our tech infrastructure. Sematext's PagerDuty integration allows me to share metrics with the team. This software helps us in constant monitoring of our it infrastructure and our network servers and making out any problem if it persist and troubleshoot them out. Dashboard can be customized for a better usage and user experience with keeping important things in front page of the dashboard. This tool is tailored to meet our full requirements, ranging from it monitoring to log management to APM to budget planning. Cons It needs work to get admin logging in the Sematext interface. I had hoped that the free tier's retention duration was a little bit longer. The learning curve for logsene searching is quite high. It can be confusing and occasionally cause the website to load slowly when logs, events, and metrics are all displayed on one page. Deployment with the tool is little tricky which would require their team to guide properly to get through all the features. Nothing as such, for any problem, there is an excellent customer support team. I've not had a single bad experience with this platform. It's been a great tool for us and no such issues have been found yet.
