	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ease of installation and use. Fast response when contacted due to our antivirus update deleted the eFiler exe file!! Excellent price - we used similar software previously that was very expensive. eFiler is much cheaper and works in a better way for our Company's requirements. Great Customer Service. Email filing is very time-effective. Emails generally file on their own. Little administration work is associated with filing. bespoke filing solution made to suit the company. Very easy to set up and use. The functions available are changing the way we utilise our emails and the ability to customised has enabled all our users to finally have an email filing system which works for them and the company as a whole. Setup documentation clear and concise. Fast responses from support. Ease of use by non technical persons All the necessary features and more. Cons We haven't found anything as yet. Everything is running smoothly. We just started using it, but so far it's been exceeding our expectations. Having moved from Ideagen to e-Filer, we have saved so much time, which will have a direct positive impact on the company's performance and efficiency! Nothing major at all, just need support for each user when setting up but this is now in place License management could be improved to transition seats from one workstation to another.
