    "It has massively improved our email filing efficiency"

    Pros: Very easy to set up and use. The functions available are changing the way we utilise our emails and the ability to customised has enabled all our users to finally have an email filing system which works for them and the company as a whole.

    Cons: Nothing major at all, just need support for each user when setting up but this is now in place

    Overall: The set up and installation was very easy. The support we have received alongside the product has been great! Considering the system we were using before was extremely difficult to use and kept causing us issues constantly - eFiler has been revolutionary for us, as all feedback received has been positive.

    Pros: Setup documentation clear and concise.
    Fast responses from support.
    Ease of use by non technical persons
    All the necessary features and more.

    Cons: License management could be improved to transition seats from one workstation to another.

    Overall: Great experience. Deployed to all users without issue. Ease of use is very good, so most users do not require specific assistance. Simple documentation is enough.
    Have had it in use for some time and found no issues with operation.
