Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros So many times software seems like they want to see how many times they can make you click a button. My Service Builder is not that way, things are easy to find with few clicks. The prices are right in line with some other far more expensive apps. The support is great and you can actually call the phone number and get a person! Cons It would be nice if it added in tasks. It does have what they call "sales task" samples you can add to agreements, or not. But they don't generate a set of tasks for our techs. Which is ok since we were already doing that in our dispatch program.
