About

Muse for Small Business is a collection of AI agent capabilities from Meta designed to help small business owners automate work and make progress on ongoing business goals. Built around the Muse personal AI agent, it can take responsibility for tasks and projects, continue working in the background, and turn longer-term objectives into actionable plans. Muse can assist with activities such as creating client pitches, building product pages, planning content, drafting communications, managing inventory, and monitoring cash flow. The agent connects with business applications including Shopify, QuickBooks, Stripe, Slack, Asana, Canva, Notion, Klaviyo, Dropbox, Figma, Zoom, and other supported tools. It can also connect with Facebook, Instagram, and Meta ads to learn about the business, understand its voice, identify what is working, and help improve advertising and content.

About

OpenClaw is an open source autonomous personal AI assistant agent you run on your own computer, server, or VPS that goes beyond just generating text by actually performing real tasks you tell it to do in natural language through familiar chat platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and others. It connects to external large language models and services while prioritizing local-first execution and data control on your infrastructure so the agent can clear your inbox, send emails, manage your calendar, check you in for flights, interact with files, run scripts, and automate everyday workflows without needing predefined triggers or cloud-hosted assistants; it maintains persistent memory (remembering context across sessions) and can run continuously to proactively coordinate tasks and reminders. It supports integrations with messaging apps and community-built “skills,” letting users extend its capabilities and route different agents or tools through isolated workspaces.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • I can give it a goal like creating a month of marketing content, reviewing cash flow, following up with customers, or helping manage inventory, and it can keep working instead of just giving me instructions. The integrations are a huge part of the value. Connecting QuickBooks, Shopify, Slack, Stripe, Canva, Notion, Zoom, and my Meta business accounts means Muse can work with the systems the business is already running on instead of making me move everything into another platform.

Cons

  • The main downside is that I would still keep a close eye on anything involving money, customer communication, or important business decisions. An agent this connected can save a lot of time, but mistakes can also have a bigger impact.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • OpenClaw is as close to AGI as we have so far. Seems like you can automate literally anything with it. Connect to any models, run some models locally, has memory, works 24/7. Unreal. And it's open source too, which is awesome.

Cons

  • Learning curve if you do not know how to use the terminal. Also security considerations you need to take into account.
