Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Unlimited spam email creation so you can throw out email addresses as they're spammed. Also, you don't have to use another company to manage spam email address--you can do this directly in MsgSafe. Can create as many anti-spam email accounts as needed. Once an email account is spammed, you can delete it and create another one so that you never have to worry about the email limit. MsgSafe, from what I've learned, is a zero-knowledge provider--they don't hold our encryption keys. They also strip emails of metadata like IP address so companies... can't track you easily. More, they're based OUTSIDE the dread anti-privacy 14 Eyes (including US, Captain Spy) so courts can't FORCE MsgSafe to compromise law-abiding citizens' privacy. Identity creation is fast and easy. Users can create new identification in a matter of minutes. Lots of domains to choose from for addresses. Cons Customer service doesn't respond to messages. No email warnings about service discontinuation. Small caveat: The service advertises a secure, encrypted audiovisual chat feature, but this is nowhere on the email home page. I've reached out to support, but, as usual, over a week later, they haven't gotten back to me. Why advertise such a critical feature and then either hide its availability OR take it down? Huge caveat: MsgSafe doesn't offer 2FA, so if a remote agent gets your password, they now control your account. It's unbelievable that ANY company that cares about consumer privacy wouldn't immediately offer 2FA so consumers can lock down our accounts. At least offer what other companies have been offering for over a decade now--2FA via a phone authenticator app (like Authy). Better--integrate FIDO/FIDO2 security keys. There are no instructions about how to manage identities anywhere. Can't reply to an email from email support, as a way to contact it. Company hidden from users. Which, is not a good thing.. Can't switch between email accounts easily, or delete identity without instructions. Several email programs will not let me use email addresses with its domains. Not even those ending in ".com".	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I find WhatsApp to be a great and exciting platform to communicate with other users with an ease. Besides instant messaging, WhatsApp also allows me to create group, join communities, share multimedia files, share statuses, make and take both voice and video calls. - It only takes your phone number and that's it. It doesn't ask any other details of the user to use this app. - It is very user-friendly and easy to use app with no ads and completely free to use. - User can delete the scent message which is a good feature that WhatsApp offers to the users. - it has brilliant audio and video calling features, which uses fewer data than its competitors. I am very interested in this project so far . it has been very useful for communication and also granting high quality videos. - WhatsApp is the most widely use application that gives you a platform to connect with your contacts. - All the chats on this platform are 128 bit end-to-end encrypted that gives the utmost security to its user privacy. - All the chats can be easily backed up on local storage as well as on google drive. It gives the user the flexibility to restore chats on a new device. - Simple and user friendly application - Voice call and video call available - Instantly able to send a message to all over the world - Live-location sharing feature Cons WhatsApp is a good platform for all my instant communication needs and I have not came across any issues while using it. - The data is stored in the servers, which is a security concern and is not full proof. - you cannot send a video file bigger than 61mb and a document having size bigger than 100 MB, which is one of the biggest cons of WhatsApp. - WhatsApp group accommodates fewer number of people whereas its competitors like telegram accommodates 1000x more people. Sometimes during conversation or video calls the connection get interrupted but I think the is from the internet provider not the application. The chats on WhatsApp are end to end encrypted, however, the backup datastore on google drive is not, So, the WhatsApp user data can be easily hacked if the google account gets hacked. - Privacy policy issues - Media files up to 16mb only can be transferred - Need to share personal number in order to communicate
