About

MoveBlueprint puts a quote form on a moving company's own website and turns the customer's walkthrough video into an inventory. The customer films their home once on their phone from a text link, no app download, talking as they go, or the mover guides them through it on a live video call. The AI recognizes what is in each room; it does not measure. Cubic feet and weight come from the industry-standard cube and weight tables the trade already uses, with room-by-room notes and box counts, and what the customer says counts: "the couch stays" takes it off the list. The inventory lands in the CRM the company already runs as soon as the AI finishes: native push into SmartMoving, Partner API and webhooks for any other. The mover reviews and edits it there or in the dashboard, then quotes from a real inventory the same day at their own rates. Not a CRM; does not arrange moves. One plan: $199 a month, one login included, $79 a month per extra login, surveys unmetered, no contract.

About

ShelfCount gives independent restaurants the inventory and COGS toolkit that usually costs $250+ a month, for a flat $50. Counts happen on whatever phone your staff already carry: open a link, count the shelf, done. No app to install, no per-seat logins. Snap a photo of an invoice and ShelfCount reads it; you approve every price change before it touches your numbers. Recipes and prep recipes recost automatically whenever an ingredient price moves, and par levels turn a finished count into a vendor-ready purchase order in one click. Connect Square or Clover (Toast in certification) and sales flow in automatically, so theoretical vs. actual COGS shows exactly where margin is leaking. Built by a restaurant owner. One plan, unlimited team members and locations, month-to-month, 14-day free trial with no credit card.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • We've been using ShelfCount for about 1-2 months now and it's absolutely awesome. We switched from Marketman (at 250 bucks a month) and are now paying a fraction of that without the buggy app that Marketman uses. Shelfcount essentially has the exact same functionality, but it improved on a lot of things like an auto-save for inventory counts (most of our staff have ADHD so they get easily distracted and this helps).

Cons

  • Currently no Toast integration. They support Square and Clover, but Toast is still "to be announced". Might have to switch POS systems just for that lol
