Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I think it a great idea to let employee know you appreciate them. I get to see special event in other employee's life. It's fairly easy to navigate and to use. Everything about it is pretty much straight forward. I'd say it's very much user friendly. It is super easy to use and my company is easily able to set up new rewards and categories. Makes a great incentive for our employees and it has a great selection of gift cards that you can redeem your moto for! - The actual money was a huge motivator for people to use it. - The manager tools were useful. - Easily accessed Org Chart. Ability to recognize anyone in the company for the great things they are doing. Built in leaderboards Choose the amount you want to give. Cash in rewards for Gift cards Cons There are no cons about this program it a good tool to use to get employees notice. It doesn't seem to allow gifs. Also, the web version doesn't refresh very well. I have not found anything yet that I do not like with Motivosity. - The manager to do's were a little confusing to fulfill. I don't have any cons to share, I really enjoy using this.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Our team appreciates how flexible the platform is! We can customize each challenge to meet our needs. Before Wellable we had built challenges on our own, so we were used to flexibility but enjoy the reduced workload provided by Wellable. Our Wellable representative is always quick back with an email and answers when we have questions. The platform is easy to navigate on both desktop and mobile. Super easy to use and has an amazing variety of healthy challenges and content. Account management and support team are always very responsive. Can expect to get answers pretty quickly. Account manager is very knowledgable and always full of ideas to help us with our program. App is easy to learn and use. New features seem to be coming every couple of months. The platform includes everything we would ever need for our wellness program, and because the solutions are modular, we only have to pay for what we need. As our program grows, we can add on solutions as necessary. Also, they have a great support team, which makes life easy when I have questions. An extensive library of challenge options covering many different areas of wellness - my colleagues and I really enjoyed the friendly competition! The Wellable app was easy to navigate, and I liked that it automatically synced with all my fitness tracking devices. Cons No issues! We really enjoy our experience with Wellable. No complaints so far. At certain times of the day the app can be slower than others. Not much to say here. When we do have a problem, the Wellable team is quick to resolve it. Nothing so far!
