Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Workflow, Integrations with parts suppliers, not cloud based so it works without interruption. Online scheduling, text messaging, text to pay. Wiring diagrams and shop labor rates. There is nothing else good about this product or it's customer service. Cons Security setup could be better, need for multiple open windows, need for ongoing training. Hard to use and doesn't have accurate information. Found more information by using Google search.
