    Pros: This application is absolutely simple in use and very helpful. You may put any information, and store it. Also you may create online invoices thru the application and customers gonna pay them easily! Highly recommend!

    Cons: I started to use this application about a month ago, so at this moment, I didn’t found anything that I probably may dislike

    Pros: ARI has been great with being able to send estimates, finished invoices, and inspections. I have a mobile automotive repair company called Full Armor Mobile Repair and the customers have complimented the ease of use with the customer portal and the continuous updates they get about their vehicle. ARI has been extremely helpful in tracking all my jobs and income/expenses all in one place.

    Cons: The only thing I don’t like is there aren’t manufacturers specifications as in, repair steps, torque specs, and electrical diagrams.

    Overall: The entire software has been a breath of fresh air for the business and has helped me keep jobs and money a lot more organized.

    "Im shocked!"

    Pros: Had Ari now for a year and it is the most amazing thing I have chosen for my shop. Im small production shop 3 bays and 2 mechanics so I cant speak for large volume shops however this software saves me tons of time writing estimates and looking up information. Its extremely easy to use and it is the best and somehow its still affordable compared to others. Ai is extremely accurate 90% of time. My mechanics love it as well because it gives real life labor times, not some book hours no one can beat. My invocies are super profesional and customers have their portal to keep track of repairs etc. I dont even use all the amazing benefits and features it has and yet im 1000% satisfied. My revenue has grown so much because my invoices are detailed and all necessary aditional parts are included. Guaranteed to make your shop better. Must have and i paid full price and am not a bot.

    Cons: Ai generating/analyzing is a little slower so takes about 2-3 minutes per estimate but thats still light years faster than when I had to do it all manually.

    Overall: The best and dont waste 100s of dollars on competitors that sell you on pretty graphics or selling schemes and lock you in contracts you cant get out. This is super fast to setup and no contracts.

    Pros: Invoicing is super easy and the different apps you can link your account to make it easy for bookkeeping or ordering parts.

    Cons: I wish the tax system was easier. Perhaps a GPS link like quickbooks or something. And it would be nice to be able to save estimates without customer or vehicle. Sometimes you dont know if they are coming back but you want to save the quote just in case.

    Overall: Overall this is a very easy system to learn with so much built in I'm STILL finding new things to use.

    "Totally built for the mechanic shop"

    Pros: This platform is easy to use! Particularly labor guides and with the recent update of showing prices in the area it really helps in staying competitive.

    Being able to send customers a link to assist in the appointment process and gather info saves on time stopping and having to repeat myself.

    Cons: That there isn't a feature to automatically input profit/losses, cost, purchases, labor time cost into Reports. Currently don't use Reports bc that's an extra step that slows me down and requires repetition.

    I run a mobile mechanic shop and there isn't a section to preauthorize or put a temporary hold on credit cards to secure payments before going on a road call.

    I haven't been able to link my email address to send invoices/estimates. That process/step for me is currentlyimpossible. So when i send an email i have to tell people to look for ARI in their spam box.

    Having to customize invoices/estimates every single time instead of my settings being saved(taking certain items off the page so it isn't cluttered).

    This app isn't advertised, lol! I had found it fumbling in the PlayStore looking for better software.

    And lastly that I still have to use Square for payment collection.

    Overall: Love how everything is streamlined! The attention to updates in making this software user AND client friendly is much appreciated. There are no bugs or glitches that I've encountered, no lost of information. Pricing is phenomenal. Would recommend this to anyone that doesn't have it!

    Pros: Very easy to navigate this app. I really like the all the integrated features. Makes my job easier. I love the price point, way cheaper than other shop software with identical features. I've been using it about a year or so and I'm very happy with it. I definitely recommend this for mobile mechanics and shops.

    Cons: Honestly, this app is amazing....they are constantly improving the app through customer feedback. I wouldn't change anything as I feel like this app is not lacking in any area.

    Overall: Definitely recommend this app. It's a whole suite in 1 compact app. Very affordable and easy to use.

    Pros: As a mobile mechanic, the cross platform and use of all features from my phone AND laptop are crucial for me. I love the ability to pull up Carfax on any vehicle giving me a little insight and the labor times through ARI have been very accurate and its all super affordable compared to most other shop management software

    Cons: The only way I have been able to pull up wiring diagrams through ARI and not Mitchel, is through the AI chat assistant [which works incredibly] but id like a tab to look through all the diagrams like mitchell does. Also, the OBD scanner in the app can be very confusing and rudimentary which i opt to use my own scanner instead

    Overall: Easy to use, easy to learn! Has every feature I look for in a Shop Management app and more, i'm excited to start using ALL the new features

    Pros: Keeps everything organized , allows you to build customer list , vehicle list and inventory. Great for repeat business.
    Good integration with QuickBooks and square.
    Multiple users allowed.

    Cons: Internet dead spots affect the program , but this is problem with any software.

    Overall: I’ve used ARI for my business diners since November 2022. Does everything I need and then some. I have yet to use all of the features available. ARI is always looking for ways to improve. You can’t beat the price.

    Pros: - Platform, AI integration, Client Portal, Estimate, Invoice, Report, Inspections, Appointments, Diagnos, Inventory, etc

    Cons: This not have Cons. The cons is in yourself because whatever idea you want to put in the software they can do it :)

    Overall: There is no words to describe how great i feel with this tool. I leave in Sweden. Around year 2023 i was looking for a software with features. I was checking in Sweden, in Norge, in Europe but didn't find. Thats why i jumped to the USA market. And.. that when i found this treasure(ARI). The main for me was that i could work in my PC and my smartphone. That was super great. Now I could make offers, Invoice to my clients They have own Client portal. This is another LEVEL. My client see me like a big carwork shop but I just one person.
    The other is FEEDBACK. If you have a issue or a new idea then you can say it and they try to put in the software. I have never feel so well. They are here for you. Great TEAM.
    And now with AI. They are doing VERY WELL.

    Pros: Easy to use creating estimates and invoices. Gives a good general idea of what hours should be charged in general for each work item

    Cons: The overall design/layout of the site could be a little better but overall a great software to use

    Overall: I have used this site so far for a few months now and I have no complaints. I have written a few estimates and labor guides have made this process cake work. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good software at a reasonable price.

    Pros: We own and operate a completely mobile company so having a platform that is mobile first has been really helpful to our business. The ease of use and (internal UI and customer UIs) are both great. We've been using ARI for the past 8 months as our business is scaling and the affordability, ease of use, and functionality of this platform have been great. The AI features, labor guides, book values, and procedures; have all been great additions and nice to have all in one place.

    Cons: Sometimes the connection with PartsTech can be a bit cumbersome (doesn't always import the selected vehicle into PartsTech). It would also be nice to see the actual resell price (wholesale and list prices are un-useable and non-sensical).

    Overall: We are very happy that we found ARI and it's perfect for our business and what we use it for. There's a lot more functionality that we haven't gone into yet, but the nice thing is that ARI is always evolving and they're always releasing new features/functionality so as we continue to grow we will start utilizing these additions more.

    Pros: Very low cost. Very easy to get started. Tool is very powerful and if full of many great features.

    Cons: A few bugs remaining that need to be looked at.
    Would like better tracking on work items declined that can be used when cust. returns next time.

    Overall: Overall ARI is a fantastic tool for shop owners. Your able to get a complete shop management tool for under 60$ / month. Pack full of features and a support staff that respond right away.

    Pros: This software covers almost everything my shop needs to operate daily.
    It is a time saver, and easy to add new customers with an ID scanner.

    Cons: Doesn't support the older square terminal for integration with Ari.

    Pros: System is loved by our IT clientele.
    Easy to use from the owners side using the computer app
    Love the features for labor guides and how easy it is to look up needed information like different torque specs
    Easy to track reports

    Cons: Clients want an app for their profiles on a phone for apple phones not just a web link
    Noticing a few main service items are needing to be added by customizing
    Owners app on apple phones changed and got harder to use for some applications

    Overall: Overall we as owners love the software and our clients love the convenience of it. We love that this system has everything in one package compared to other systems that had missing features. We’ll definitely keep using this system.

    Pros: I love the repair assistant AI, it has always been pretty accurate and helps narrow down things when troubleshooting and doing diagnostics. The inspection features are amazing! The integration of labor guides and being able to build an estimate from them is a life saver! The absolute best thing about ARI is the price point! For a small one man show like me, being able to have professional shop management software at a fraction the cost is a life saver.

    Cons: There isn’t really anything that I don’t like about ARI. I have used other big name brand shop management software and in my opinion, ARI is the best bang for the buck.

    Overall: ARI is intuitive, easy to use, easy to navigate, and a huge time saver. I absolutely love this software and will continue to use it and support it.

    Pros: The amount of features for the price is unmatched. The ease of converting job cards to estimates and to invoices is super helpful. and the way it integrates with partstech.

    Cons: The AI Labor guides can be hit or miss, sometimes it doesn't work at all and sometimes it's a little off.

    Overall: Overall I have enjoyed this software and will be continuing to use it, you can't beat the value that ARI offers in comparison to other shop software.

    "Best bang for your buck"

    Pros: Number one would be the price and number two would be the simplicity of using this. Number three would be how I can send an email or text message to the client, which makes it super fast.

    Cons: The only thing I don’t like about this is how I have to buy credits and I use alldata and alldata isn’t the feature

    Overall: Overall, I bought this system over a year ago and it’s worked out pretty well, my customers like it and I like it cause it’s fast and simple. I get a quote out the door in three minutes. Sometimes I don’t even have to see the customer in person because all of it I can do through email or phone number.
