Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Microsoft Exchange knows well what a general mail and inbox management is. The work email for us is a very important factor, and the control of it is also completely important since in our work emails we receive confidential information in relation to our company. One of the things that I liked the most about Microsoft Exchange is that it is a platform that offers me a totally personalized email creation, where I can modify an email completely, I can add links to emails, images and I can also add colors to the mail in general. Another thing I like about Exchange is that it has Smart Tech technology, which has helped me find all kinds of emails instantly, with the Exchange search system I can find even the oldest email and I can find exact information about what I am putting in the search engine. Microsoft Exchange allows business emails to be more efficient and responsiveness and forwarding of emails, better. One of the things I like the most about Microsoft Exchange is that this email service allows emails to be received in less time, compared to other work email services that take longer to receive emails. In addition, I love the way that Microsoft Exchange offers a seamless integration with the OneDrive service, since I can export and import all kinds of files or documents to or from my mail system, and thus I can manage the files or documents better. form. Another thing I like about Microsoft Exchange is that it offers me an automatic backup service of all emails, which helps me to be able to save my information in an automated way, without having to do any manual process. Microsoft Exchange is an intuitive interface platform. It offers email services with Microsoft contact and calendar integration. In terms of features, it's the same as Microsoft outlook. Cons I have no complaints about Microsoft Exchange, this has been a platform that has allowed us to have better access to our inbox, since we currently have an excellent "ActiveSign" synchronization which is capable of synchronizing all our devices linked to our Exchange account, and keep them constantly updated, to optimize the reception of emails in our inbox. I am happy with the results and performance that Exchange has had in my company and the ability it has had to provide us with good email management. In order to avoid overloading the Exchange server, the emails are not automatically downloaded to the user's device, and this causes the emails to not be viewed if there is no existing internet connection on the device. I would like to be able to enjoy an automatic download of each email received, since sometimes I do not have a stable internet connection and it is impossible for me to access my emails because Exchange has not downloaded the information of the emails I have received. This would be a good optimization for this email service and would make it more effective for everyone. It needs to simplify the interface. Needs integration with OneDrive. Overall we had a positive experience. No cons. It offers great Microsoft integrated email services. No cons.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Lot of mail Accounts from different providers. eM Client just works! Many ways to filter mails, to organize junk mails etc. And, also a calendar and addresses are included. So everything you need :) For me, eM Client has a well-balanced range of functions, but is not as overloaded as Outlook. The program is easy to use, considering the variety of functions. I was really satisfied with version 9. ► All the features that you need to e-communicate everyday using multiple e-mail accounts ► Everything you may reasonably want to adjust can be adjusted ► Robust desktop app ► The UI is not just friendly – it is more: professional, efficient, reliable ► Setting up accounts is a breeze and transferring the set up from the desktop to mobile device in no time via QR code... a touch of magic Simple to use and download. Easy to follow menu and to set up email accounts. I do not need a complex app, just something to download my emails, view, delete and manage pesky spams. The ease of use and absolutely huge amount of features that you get with this email software is mindblowing. And the possibility to get this with a lifetime purchase is very rare and much appreciated. Cons Sometimes I get timeouts but I have no idea why. The provider is available, everything seems to be fine but eM Client is not able to connect, while thunderbird is. And sometimes it gets stuck loading an email. The computer is online but the eM Client doesn't seem to be able to connect and to show the mails content. I use eM Client on Macintosh computers and my most important argument, the frequent crashes, is based on the experience under MacOS. I cannot judge the behavior under Windows. Since version 10, eM Client keeps crashing, at least once a week. This can even happen when I leave the computer, when I come back I am told that eM Client has crashed. This gives me a bad feeling, especially because after restarting the program, the database is first checked and then repaired. If something goes wrong there In any case, I have never experienced such crashes with other e-mail clients that I used before switching to eM Client. Version 10 of the program was released a few months ago. Apparently the programmers are not able to get the problem under control. In addition, a support request ended with an unacceptable answer. Either the employee didn't know his way around or he didn't feel like dealing with my request. ► It took me a long time to discover this tool exists As I am not tech minded, have not come across any features that are of concern. Shortcuts good be more prominent and readily available but overall very easy to use and nothing to complain about. I received some server error during the first couple of days that made me hesitate on the service but after a call with great support the issue was resolved and now I am a lifetimer.
