Easy, quick and fast to pickup. Organises memorialize and project data and process steps. User friendly. Intuitive tool. This is absolutely an amazing tool to manage your projects with your organization. Our business project management has significantly improved and makes everything much easier. The great thing about Method Grid is that you can provide updates and comments to your team members. It offers great customization features that many will enjoy. Method Grid is an intuitive way to store knowledge for easy retrieval by other members of our team. It is totally configurable to fit your processes and set up a taxonomy that works for your business. Colleagues find it much easier to find the current, approved information they need than storing in a network or cloud drive due to the structural design being consistent with our processes. The software is constantly being enhanced with new features and the team is highly responsive to suggestions for improvements. It's now possible to clone grids and have checklists in them. We use this as an on-boarding tool to make sure everyone goes through a consistent set of information to ensure everyone is using the same processes. Intuitive interface and simple structure actually make this a surprisingly powerful and flexible tool for managing many aspects of a professional services business IP. Cons Lack of advanced whiteboarding features compared to complex tools, No Gantt charts or calendar views for project planning. No dislikes. Great software to share and capture knowledge. At first it can take quite some time for your business to find all the great functions this software has to offer. Once you have learned everything, the whole process is so simple and very helpful. It's free-form nature, whilst giving massive flexibility, means you need to spend some time to plan out a structure. We started a bit too ad-hoc and needed to restructure how we store data. I would recommend creating a steering team (any proper implementation should have one!). We were an early user and new features have continuously been added.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Wimi has multiple tools that have facilitated our day-to-day work, with an interface that is simple to use and quite extensive to cover all our needs and objectives, the fact that it is easy to use gives us the possibility of working intuitively and not It takes too much time and effort. Prioritize task management, assignment of activities which allows us to balance work and try to keep the team in constant progress and work integration, which frames a complete line of professional progress and makes our work really have value. The follow-up of the milestones of our projects allows us to evaluate the progress and be flexible with the planning, in the search that our projects come out according to our objectives. Project planning has boosted our performance and allowed us to be more consistent with what we do. Having collaboration tools that facilitate our group work has allowed us to prioritize work bases, good communication and comprehensive work, where every detail is impeccable and in sync, the tools for sharing documents, scheduling meetings, and distributing work have been essential to achieve all this. Organization and prioritization are important aspects when it comes to Wimi's outstanding features. Wimi is really an effective tool that enhances team productivity. It's very easy to use and has great power. It offers the best project management, collaboration, reports, insights, file management, and file sharing with the team. Wimi gives rise to make a unified team in the workspace. It effectively enhances the productivity and ability of problem-solving in a team. The ease of transferring the file to other co-workers is great. Wimi helped my team to stay on the same page. The Gantt features available on Wimi improves projects visibility by viewing time against tasks on charts and graphs. Wimi is a versatile business software. It is a great tool to streamline work management and collaboration to bring effective productivity it the team. The messaging and sharing file works smoothly. Cons It does not have an optimal tool to plan events and prioritize the time to complete tasks, having this would be essential for the correct fulfillment of the times of each project. It would be ideal to have the option of creating a Gantt chart to be able to visualize all the projects in a unified way, this would give us the possibility of centralizing the data and making a complete tour of all our work. For now, we are waiting for Wimi updates, and we are open to the possibility of improving certain functions that allow us to make the platform more intuitive, open to the possibility of expanding our task management capabilities. Until now, the platform has been just what we were looking for a correct integration of the team in various work environments. Not really, everyone loved this tool. No cons. Good tool, so far no negative experienced with it. Wimi has been a perfect project management software that hardly subjects me to flaws. No cons experience. Overall I liked the Wimi software.
