	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I manage facilities for a large organization with many locations. We would not be able to manage seating allocation without the POC System! By allowing me to change employees' allocation (drag-and-drop, search, etc.), POC makes my work a lot easier. Moreover, I can get a general idea of how the office is laid out. The paperwork has all been thrown away! POC System is an intuitive system that makes real-time updates of your office space easy. The system is cloud-based, so you can access it from anywhere. In the beginning, we planned to use also a Booking app for hot desks, but currently it perfectly fits also to our need in managing permanent workstations. I have used this system for almost a year. It helps me a lot with my regular space management tasks and seating allocation. I really enjoy the ability to duplicate office plans, which is excellent. It is possible to simultaneously open simulations and experiment with different options on the drawing. For example, with the help of simulations, I can play with a new seating allocation without affecting the existing one, share it with managers and get approval. Cons At present, the system cannot allow employees in different offices to have different permission levels. We hope this feature will be live in the near future since my client success manager has been asked to implement it. In the beginning usage of the system requested some effort, but generally speaking it's very easy-to-use and intuitive. The only thing that disappoints me is that only one person at a time can perform changes in a simulation.
