Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The program itself is very nice and has a multitude of features. The layout is fairly intuitive and only takes a short while to become accustom to. For running a business, this program pretty much has it all, probably even more than you'll need which is great to have in abeyance, as hopefully your business grows over time, it can grow with you. They update every six months. By increasing so many features, but also create so many errors, this time need debug. I am not programmer, how can I know to do it. If they increase technical support to 24/7. It may be help them get more Westside business. Cons Unfortunately the system is laden with bugs. I literally can not count the times I've had to resort to using carbon paper to ring up customers due to the program failing. Customer support can usually resolve the issue quickly, however they don't open until 10am, two hours after we open, which puts us in a bind if we open the store and Managemore is non-operative. There is a after hours option but it is $500 to access (yes, you read that correctly). Also everything business related is packaged into the program, so when the system is down you can not access anything at all, even to pull up simple quires (pricing, phone numbers, printing labels etc.). We hate to update their software due to so many errors occurred each time. They are in Eastside and not working on weekend. Our retail shop in Westside and very busy on weekend. So we tried not update when they are not working. Today Wednesday, this problem came again after we update their software. After I created an invoice and save it, It freeze our computer and keep asking retry, debug, or cancel. We tried contact the technical support 45 mins before they closed and mention that is 5 out of 5 emergency help. They hire a outshore custom services by taking our information and said that they will call us back as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we waited for a whole day, nobody contact us. Tomorrow is Thursday, we close on Thursday and Friday. And they close on weekend. It means this problem will going to solve on next Monday. Also, they increase a monthly fee to 50% without any notice. By giving this monthly fee without 24/7 technical support, if you have business, you REALLY need to deeply make a RIGHT decision. 🤔	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There is flexibility in changing what works best for our business and the manufacturing bill of material works very well for our product. Be patient - There is a learning curve, but support is great with being patient and helping you through it. It is an excellent all Encompassing ERP Solution, for small to Medium size businesses. We use the WMS extensively. With the ability to put number plates on each pallet which allow for easy warehouse tracking. OpenPro ERP is a comprehensive open source, cloud based ERP and Warehouse Distribution pkg. It is well laid out and easily modified. Though it doesn’t have a flashy interface like programs written in React it is very easily quickly Modified to meet almost any business challenge. We have 7 divisions to our company from wholesale to retail to ecommerce we also have a construction division and a manufacturing division. Job cost, POS, ecommerce, payroll, mobile app timekeeping all work together in an integrated fashion! Priced very reasonable for the features offered! Support has been excellent! This is a program that can easily handle all size companies from small to large! I love their CRM and their workflow manager. And the program easily integrates with many other programs. Except for design software like Vector Works we rarely leave OpenPro in daily operations! Cons Sometimes there are updates to the system that will change a certain processes. There are time through where that change will actually be for the better, but not always. The look and feel is an older look and feel, While the functionality exists the UI is not modern and sleek. Reports need to be a bit cleaner. Actually I am pretty satisfied with the program. There will always be features you want that are not present in the software but the companies willingness to integrate with other software pretty much fixes that issue!
