About Maintainly is a refreshingly simple cloud-based CMMS built for maintenance teams who need to get things done — not spend hours learning complex software. Teams use Maintainly to create, assign, and manage both reactive and preventive work orders, with full support for photos, meter readings, downtime tracking, file uploads, and audit trails. Preventive maintenance schedules run automatically based on time or meter thresholds, so nothing gets missed. Assets are organized into flexible hierarchies, tracked geographically for movable equipment, and accessed instantly by scanning QR codes in the field. Every maintenance event is logged to a full history per asset. Technicians stay on top of tasks through native iOS and Android apps — supporting on-site work order updates, task comments, time logging, and push notifications. Requesters can submit work orders without needing a user account.		About Web Work Order is a web-based application that helps you streamline your work order processing from the initial request to completion of the work. You can record work orders and assign work to staff. Staff can check on-line to see what work has been assigned and they can update information about work orders and the stages of completion. Staff or clients can use the web to submit orders, check information on the work, such as, the expected due date/time, whether the job is complete, and other data. Version 4 adds a calendar page to display a monthly view of the jobs based on the desired start date. One click on a calendar item brings up the full details of the work. Users can be grouped by company. A new option allows you to restrict users to only interact with their own company information. In addition, reports can be filtered by a date range. You can tailor the way users interaction with the program by assigning a suitable account type to each user.

Pros from Real Users Pros Once everything is inputed , it is a quick and easy app. Easy to create reports monthly. easy to go back and see the work done. Love the option for tags and pictures. Works perfectly with our small company. I like the ease of creating tasks and how easy it is to add checklists. The reports are easy to use and once it is in excel the columns can be modified or deleted to suit your particular needs.
