Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros MailTracko has a user-friendly user interface with helpful email automation features like personalised outreach and automated follow-ups. It helps save time, organise email campaigns and make communication more efficient. Mailtracko is really easy to use, helps me keep track of email openings. I like that it makes it easier to follow up, saves time and enables me to better manage my email communication. The email tracking feature and ease of use it provides foe handling email correspondence were what i found most appealing about mailtracko I like the simplicity that Mailtracko brings to managing email outreach. Manage all your email tracking, automated follow-ups and campaign management features in one place. The interface is easy to navigate, and saves time on repetitive tasks. I particularly enjoy the capability to monitor email engagement and handle numerous prospects without the need to switch between tools. Easy to use, simple interface, convenient email tracking, and helpful features that make managing email communication more organized and efficient. Cons Some of the features may take a little time to get your head around at first and beginners may need a few more tutorials and some help. The platform would also be more flexible with more customisation options. There are certain things that can be adjusted to make the experience even better. The UI might be better customised. More specific tracking insights would make it more useful for day-to-day email management. Features usability andthe general user experience should all be continuously improved in my opinion First time users may need some time to get the hang of some of the more advanced features. An easier experience with more detailed tutorials and an easier onboarding process. Some more options for customization would come in handy too. Overall there's still work to do in making the platform even more beginner-friendly. Some advanced features could be improved for a better experience.
