Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros MSG91 is leading provider of A2P messaging service. I use it for Transaction related SMS, The success delivery rate is very attractive. Some of the unique features of Msg91 are as- 1. Send OTP 2.0 2. Transactional message allowed over DND enabled data. 3. They have plugin for Spreadsheet/Excel, Wordpress, Magneto, WooCommerce etc. 4. Voice Failover 5. Omnichannel Flow Cons Msg91 is providing quality service, that's the reason we are using this for our transaction related SMS. I'm satisfied with their services. No complaints.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We needed a text alert system for our company of 160 employees but didn't want to spend a fortune and have some overly complicated system. Text Magic checked all boxes. It is very simple to use, web based, low cost, pay as you go, no subscriptions, no strings. We love it!!! Textmagic is a great tool for communicating with all employees in my company or all employees in certain departments. I can schedule those group texts in advance or do them on the fly. It is so easy to use. Very easy to use and so far meets my requirements. I like the live results and that you can also use this system for email marketing as well. Email to sms gateway seems reliable and has worked well for us. I hope it continues to be a solid product. Very easy to use, great app too. Very straight forward and does not require a lot of information, just what you need. Cons None! We have no cons to report. Setup and verification took a few days but that's a regulatory thing. After that - Smooth sailing. There aren't any cons. The designers seemed to think of everything. So far I have not found anything that I don't like. I contacted support twice in the last 2 weeks, one via website, and one via email. No response. Nothing so far. Everything seems to be very straight forward.
