About
Attendance times are recorded using a time attendance terminal, an asynchronous screen, a PDA or a PC. When using a time attendance terminal, each staff member receives a badge that is used to 'clock'. The clockings are stored in the terminal's memory and sent periodically or immediately to your computer for processing. With the help of parameters you can easily adapt M-Soft-Time to the specific needs of your company. M-Soft-Time also offers the possibility to have personnel of several companies (locations) managed by one central personnel department. Timetables according to shift systems, fixed or sliding working hours, intervals when coming and going, ... it is all possible. You can monitor leave, illness or other absences for each staff member. At the end of the day, the attendance times are calculated and it is reported who has worked too many or too few hours. You can print the results yourself or export them to your social secretariat or salary package.
