Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Lysted is user-friendly and makes it much easier to manage and track my work in one place. The interface is clean, intuitive, and quick to navigate. I especially appreciate the speed of setup and how simple it was to get started compared to other tools. Their support team is also responsive and helpful when issues arise. Ease of use, syncing to all platforms, payout terms, really responsive customer support that always helps makes the entire Lysted website a little bit faster than it was. visual mapping for repricing is handy good for new resellers Quick and easy listing setup. I have been using the platform for one to two years and it has saved me a ton of time. The auto fulfillment feature saves even more time. Cons Some advanced features are still limited or could be more customizable. Reporting and analytics could provide deeper insights, and integrations with other business systems are a bit basic at the moment. Occasional small bugs appear, though they usually get fixed quickly. Hard to see listings on secondary exchanges consistently, does not push to my owned accounts lots of bugs. manual fulfillment errors, dead links to secondary. many listings are not being mapped on stubhub, causing a decrease in sales volume. selling out expired listings feel the pricing team could use better judgement on sports teams and not just push out a full season of tickets at the top of markets. Sometimes responses from customer service are a little slow
