Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Everything is in drop down sections that are easy to find and use. App is super easy to navigate and use quickly while in the field. I prefer using over the website. The total elimination of paper usage, everything we do is stored online and accessible anywhere, anytime. Facility Logbook and Incident Reports are our two most used modules. Overall the program is easy to use and gives us insight on how our daily operations are performed. We can see metrics over time and use Locstatt's automatically generated reports to find trends that would otherwise never be discovered. We also use the program to track employee hours and training requirements. I like that it is user friendly from the start with little to no training. The simplicity of it allows me to create data trends with minimal effort. It has changed the way we view safety at my site. The system is easy to follow and user friendly. Entering information and finding items is an easy process. An effective low-cost solution. The Locstatt applications provided an exciting and user-friendly option for managing all elements of a safety management system. It allowed our teams in multiple locations to access real time data for decision making and execution phases of our projects and was critical to our success. Cons I don't like that you have to start over on all information each time on the website but on the app it'll keep the same person's information if you're entering multiple BBS's. This one thing is a time consumer. Uploading report photographs could be sped up by selecting multiples at once, I understand this is being developed after feedback. I wish it had features for PM schedules. Being able to see that there is an inspection due on a piece of safety equipment would complete the package for me. Really most of the issues i have had with Locstatt are login related issues. We had no issues with the software. During setup and implementation, the support was outstanding.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The graphic user interface on the mobile devices used by our entire team in the field for audits, observations, incident reporting, pre-use inspections, etc. has made user compliance nearly 100% which is one of our leading indicators and has improved our continuous improvement initiative forward at a rapid pace. Safety Indicators packs a ton of features into a small operating costs. Safety Indicators is so confident, I was not locked into a long-term contract or high setup fees. I was able to convert all of my archaic safety process into digital with higher accountability of action items and incident investigation completion. Transformed our safety program! Customer service is unbelievable. You have a dedicated person to reach out to with issues for no additional charges. Even better is Safety Indicators is not stagnant and constantly rolling out updates and improvements! Not only did Safety Indicators have everything I was looking for and more, the people are so helpful. I have had emergencies and been able to get 1 on1 help later that day or the next. I should add the issue I have had are not from the software but on my end. Cons The training management requires manual inputs as opposed to automated updates like a learning management system. The only con that comes to mind that I encountered is email distribution lists couldn’t exceed 50 people. I created work arounds with outlook distribution lists, but very minor compared to the value you are receiving. I would be stretching a situation if I had to write a con really because all my issues have been from not knowing the system in the early stages.
