Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The platform has been reliable day-to-day. I haven't had calls failing to connect or features suddenly being unavailable. For the core job of making and receiving calls, it's been consistent. HubSpot integration is the reason my team actually uses the CRM properly now. Calls log automatically, notes sync over, and recordings are right there in the contact record. Before this, reps were skipping manual logging and the history was always patchy. Now the data is actually reliable and coaching conversations are more grounded in what really happened. Having one business number for the whole team has made things much easier. Calls are routed properly, and everyone can work from anywhere. The HubSpot integration is what I use every single day. Calls log automatically, contact records update in real time, and I can click to dial directly from a HubSpot record without switching tabs or copying anything. It's removed a whole layer of manual admin from my day. Call quality has been consistent, and I like having one place for calls, texts, and voicemail. It makes my daily work much easier. Cons Everything seems to be fine, there is no any complaint from my side. If I leave the browser open for several hours without using it, the session sometimes expires and I have to log in again. The pricing information for calling rates could be explained more clearly inside the dashboard. Nothing has frustrated me enough to flag. The bulk sending has worked consistently across all the campaigns we've run. Nothing major, although more dashboard customization would be nice.
