Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Jusnote brings matters, clients, tasks, documents, time tracking, billing, and team collaboration into one workspace. The interface is clean and easy to understand, and the system is clearly designed around the actual workflow of lawyers rather than being a generic CRM adapted for legal use. I especially like the matter management, document organization, time and billing tools, and the ability to control access for different team members. Jusnote brings our client matters, billing, invoices, and payment tracking together in one structured system. We especially value the clear overview of payment statuses and the ability to export financial data for reconciliation. The interface is intuitive, and our team was able to adopt it without a complicated implementation process. Billing, court tracking, project management, invoice drafting, financial accounting, company reports. Cons Some advanced features and integrations are still developing, and there are areas where additional customization and automation options would be useful for larger law firms. However, the product is improving regularly and new features are released quite frequently. The reporting and workflow customization could be more flexible. We still use spreadsheets for some detailed financial analysis, so additional report options, custom project statuses, advanced filters, and automated reminders would make the platform even stronger. Not always quick reaction of the support team, interface slowdowns in the web version.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Not sure. It seemed like a good program until we needed technical support. Cons I am a very dissatisfied Time Matters customer. If you have a choice between TM and a similar software company chose the latter. Customer support is terrible. My company has had a major problem with the TM software beginning prior to Thanksgiving 2019.
