Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The UI is fantastic and easy to use. This can be used as a standalone solution for a small business. Customer support is top notch. Lots of features. After switching to Jobber, I found I had my evenings free instead of having to go back and create quotes etc. the app and desktop versions are great for tracking everything and tie into quick books. I can schedule and assign / track jobs all through the software. Communications stay independent from my personal emails etc. customers always comment of fast and professional the online hub is to use. They can access the info on their own time and and we set up auto reminders and templates so everything is ready to go. Taking payment on site has also been great through credit card. We love that our customers have a client hub feature where they can access everything from quotes, invoices, have the ability to request additional work, and track everything real time. Jobber is very easy to use for the beginner. The mobile app gives the user the freedom to quote and invoice right away. I've found that quoting a job quickly while on the job-site sometimes leads to landing a job over the competition that may take a few days to get quotes submitted. Jobber also gets you paid faster via Jobber payments! 1. Simplicity of Use - The easiest CRM that I tested on the market. Our team loves it. 2. Customer Service - World class customer support with the chat feature. 3. Jobber Payments - Makes collecting $$ super easy. Cons Integration with QuickBooks Online is not seamless, or 2 way. You have to manually sync to QB and adjust invoice numbers. That was a deal breaker for us. Obvious learning curve in the beginning to sit down and set everything up but customer service is available. I wish there was more online storage through Jobber so I could attach more pics and video from every quote so I could reference it when I do the job weeks later. I’d like to keep it all online independent from my own phone storage etc. With a lot of great features, Jobber was difficult to navigate in the beginning. Their success team helped us every step of the way! There aren't any cons that I can think of right now. I wish I had started using Jobber in 2017 when I first found out about it. That's all. Reporting could be better as your business grows (Average job size, sales ratio, charge rates for crews etc.)	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We have used Scheduling Manager Gemini software from Thoughtful Systems for over 12 years now, for our residential cleaning business Before we started using Thoughtful’ s software, we relied on some paper and pen methods, also spreadsheets and data on customers in QuickBooks. When we first implemented Scheduling Manager Gemini software, we were pleased that the software could import all our customer information from QuickBooks. Since that time, we have maintained the link between Thoughtful Systems and QuickBooks, so all invoices and payments we create in Scheduling Manager Gemini are exported seamlessly to QuickBooks. Also, any new customers we enter into Gemini are transferred. From time to time, we have asked Thoughtful Systems for modifications to certain parts of the software, and they have been great at implementing what we want at reasonable rates. We have found the support staff to be helpful in promptly attending to any questions or issues that have occurred with the software. We like also that Thoughtful Systems adds new features from time to time -- their mobile app is great. Also, the text messaging features, which let us send reminders to all customers via text message each day. It makes job scheduling much more manageable -- a huge improvement over what we used to do more than 12 years ago, before we started using Scheduling Manager. Invoicing is made easy too. We can keep track of all info for our customers easily. Cons The only regret I have is that we didn’t start using this software sooner! I couldn't say I don't like something particular about Thoughtful Systems' software.
