Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The UI is fantastic and easy to use. This can be used as a standalone solution for a small business. Customer support is top notch. Lots of features. After switching to Jobber, I found I had my evenings free instead of having to go back and create quotes etc. the app and desktop versions are great for tracking everything and tie into quick books. I can schedule and assign / track jobs all through the software. Communications stay independent from my personal emails etc. customers always comment of fast and professional the online hub is to use. They can access the info on their own time and and we set up auto reminders and templates so everything is ready to go. Taking payment on site has also been great through credit card. We love that our customers have a client hub feature where they can access everything from quotes, invoices, have the ability to request additional work, and track everything real time. Jobber is very easy to use for the beginner. The mobile app gives the user the freedom to quote and invoice right away. I've found that quoting a job quickly while on the job-site sometimes leads to landing a job over the competition that may take a few days to get quotes submitted. Jobber also gets you paid faster via Jobber payments! 1. Simplicity of Use - The easiest CRM that I tested on the market. Our team loves it. 2. Customer Service - World class customer support with the chat feature. 3. Jobber Payments - Makes collecting $$ super easy. Cons Integration with QuickBooks Online is not seamless, or 2 way. You have to manually sync to QB and adjust invoice numbers. That was a deal breaker for us. Obvious learning curve in the beginning to sit down and set everything up but customer service is available. I wish there was more online storage through Jobber so I could attach more pics and video from every quote so I could reference it when I do the job weeks later. I’d like to keep it all online independent from my own phone storage etc. With a lot of great features, Jobber was difficult to navigate in the beginning. Their success team helped us every step of the way! There aren't any cons that I can think of right now. I wish I had started using Jobber in 2017 when I first found out about it. That's all. Reporting could be better as your business grows (Average job size, sales ratio, charge rates for crews etc.)	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros My team an I just love how easy and intuitive the user interface is, it works perfect on any device with true mobile friendly inputs and text, Tons of little features that make our day to day tasks so simple and quick. it integrates with Quickbooks, we love the integrated CC and ACH with customer vault, the ability to add notes, tasks and tag people just makes all our communication centralized and in one place, We Absolutely love the phone integration (add on) we can make calls, receive calls, quickly respond and tag what the conversation is about. Also their B2B is different, it only loads the products that you sell to your catalog, not millions of products that we don't use, I could go on and on, We switched from Floorzap and no longer have downtimes, issues or even pay as much. The user interface is the easiest and looks amazing on every device cause its cloud based, love the ability to be able to assigned project manager(s) to jobs and they all get notifications, also ability to tag staff in comments and tasks. Customizable menu, and even labels. There is built in tour guide so it's very helpful, ability to apply customer credit and apply payment to multiple invoices, and the savings were just the cherry on top. Easy to use, and very well thought of, the ability to do everything within the software is just amazing, scheduling and assigning measurements done instantly from a mobile or tablet (with images), my stales team now have all their emails integrated, so all of our business communication is in the system and not in a 3rd party email app, test messaging and calling happens from the software, we just started using it 2 weeks a go and can't wait to utilize all the features. Cons The amount of features can be overwhelming, but we are using more and more features as we grow, good thing you can disable hide things that you re not using. The b2b is not ready, but we we saw the beta and it's looking good, however we are able to import the excel. they said in 3-5 weeks. At 1stnit feels overwhelming, because of all the things this softwarenis capable of doing, but once you get used to the menu and flow, it all makes perfect sense and support was hands on all the way.
