Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros People can see the issues. After realizing that the product was not for us because we are too small of a company the team at Issuu responded immediately and took care of my concerns. Customer service person Karen resolved the Issue given after a few attempts previously, the communication on e mail was good and kept me informed all the way during the process, the customer service advisor knew what the issue was and resolved it efficiently. Karen answered my question promptly and clearly. I was then able to create the links as I wanted to. It seamlessly integrated with my Squarespace account, which made my website look very clean and professional! Cons Cannot actulaly spek to a person when there is an issue. just emails back and forth. Clients have not been able to purchase issues. No one can tell me why. Too many ads with my link for anything less than premium. No cons to this issue on the item in question. Nothing. I wanted to solve the problem and was able to do that quickly. I did not have any issues with this platform, besides the price tag. But for someone that needs written articles integrated on to Squarespace, it is definitely worth it. In easy steps we simply drag-drop our supporting content pieces from the library our upload a brand-new personalized PDFs. 3. It's interconnected. No matter what type of content we share with our buyers, YouTube videos, PowerPoint presentations, PDF proposals, Blog URL’s, RELAYTO seamlessly surfaces the content to your audience in personalized journey, an experience that makes them consume more. 4. The security not only ensures the content gets in the right hands, but also gives us granular insights into individual level engagement RELAYTO is a simple, easy-to-use platform that provides a seamless transition for old information into the new digital era. There is a great pool of transitions/animations to. choose from to create a more interactive experience. 1. Speed-to-deliver: I went from a PowerPoint to an interactive website in a few minutes. 2. Design Flexibility: on top of AI-driven capabilities -- there is fully-featured design studio that gives no-code ability to embed anything from videos to surveys to other documents and to apply branding. 3. Intelligent distribution option and deep analytics about individual level engagement (down to hovers and clicks on unique page). Cons Like any other tool, it can take some getting used to. Support team is readily available tho. The biggest challenge is that we cannot take full advantage of RELAYTO capabilities due to the relatively dry / limited nature of our existing content library. RELAYTO makes us aware that we can raise up our content game a bit and invest more in different content types like video The user interface is mostly intuitive and requires no coding experience. However, some of the tools within the platform require some onboarding in order to use them effectively (the RELAYTO team has been very helpful). Overall, the platform is versatile and can easily be leveraged to create world-class experiences. 1. Sometimes the document animations lag a little; it shouldn't be too much of a problem with newer browser softwares. When I used the platform it was super valuable, but time-consuming to build out non-linear website-like navigation. This has recently been automated - so the algorithms do the work. Great news.
