They get you in the door with a slick dashboard and promises that everything works well.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Syncro is easy to use and works very well for my MSP. I love how the Asset and RMM is set up. It is very easy to find a pc and remote into it. I enjoy using Syncro because it gets the job done quickly. I've used Ninja RMM, ConnectWise Automate, Dell Kace, SCCM, and others. I do prefer Syncro's simplicity as it does not take long to configure what I need out of it. Syncro is a great way to manage my clients and computers, I utilize several of the 3rd party integrations and they all work w/o any issue. Ticketing is easy! scripting is easy and the user library usually has what I need. It takes care of so many things: tickets, invoices, remote access, accounting, and a host of tools to do what I need as a network support business. The perfect solution for helping my clients, fast connections with Splashtop and the clients love being able to make their own tickets. Syncro make my whole life easier. All for the one low price no matter how many clients I have, what a deal. Syncro stands out for its comprehensive feature set, seamlessly integrating a wide range of functionalities crucial for IT management, such as remote monitoring, management, and an efficient ticketing system. Its user-friendly interface is particularly beneficial, ensuring easy adaptability for our team members with varying levels of tech expertise. The reliability of the platform is exemplary, offering consistent performance with minimal downtime, which is crucial for the uninterrupted operation of our tribe's technological infrastructure. Additionally, the excellent customer support provided by Syncro is noteworthy; they offer prompt and tailored solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our unique needs. These aspects collectively make Syncro an invaluable asset to our IT department, significantly enhancing our operational efficiency and effectiveness. Cons When sorting Assets by company it sorts them by Z-A instead of A-Z. Splashtop integration can be annoying sometimes, but that isn't Syncro's fault. I do find myself having to click through multiple screens to gather information such as customer passwords and documentation. I've bypassed some of this by just keeping multiple tabs open for different parts of Syncro. Sometimes it gets a little tricky when syncing my invoices with QuickBooks and I have to fix some service or item that wasn't setup right, but the ability to have the invoices synced automatically is a great time saver. While Syncro provides a robust array of features and tools, one area that could see improvement is the customization of reports and dashboards. The current offerings, although comprehensive, sometimes lack the flexibility to be tailored specifically to our unique tribal needs and workflows. This limitation can lead to additional steps in data analysis and reporting, which, although not a deal-breaker, does add a layer of complexity to our IT management tasks. Enhanced customization options would greatly improve our ability to quickly extract the most relevant information and make data-driven decisions more efficiently.
