About VTALL is a maximum functionality, H.323-compliant softphone for next generation trading turrets and enterprise communications. VTALL (Virtual Terminal/Application Link and Launch) resembles traditional multi-line business telephone in both appearance and operation. However, as an H.323 terminal operating on personal computer, users are provided with many phone features not found in today's telephony market. H.323 gateway support for H.323 gateway assisted calling to the PSTN. H.323 gatekeeper support for registration. Up to 255 lines; up to 10 private line appearances. Support for up to 30 concurrent H.323 point-to-point voice communication sessions. Call recording and logging. Hoot-n-Holler — support up to 7 multiplexed audio feeds. Broadcast - will support a predefined schedule enabling the automatic setup and teardown of channels for real-time listening and/or for recording and later playback of audio information. Built-in answering machine.

Pros from Real Users Pros Customer service is always very responsive and courteous. We use Intulse for our VoIP service, and on those rare occasions we do have problems, they are quick to help us through. Intulse truly listens to their customers and brings a solution to meet their needs in an expedient way. They worked closely with us from start to finish to provide a product that we are very satisfied with. If an issue arises or we need some technical assistance, they respond promptly and resolve the issue immediately. We would highly recommend them. We have two offices separated by about 60 miles. So we moved to a VoIP service years ago so we could have all lines answered by one receptionist. The concept was great. The technology was okay. The service was ... well, horrible. We switched to Intulse about 6 or 7 months ago and they have been FANTASTIC! The technology is far better & the service has been phenomenal. We also love their app as it allows us to make & receive calls from our cell phones without having to reveal to clients our personal cell numbers. Can't speak highly enough of the folks at Intulse! ... They also integrate with our database so we can easily see who called what client & what client called us on what date. The texting integration is also fantastic. - The phone service is consistent and our sound quality is very clear. - The dashboard is so helpful to transfer calls and see which team members are available. - The call reporting is so helpful at the end of the day to see all the calls and listen to the recordings. - It's very convenient to fax directly from the dashboard. 1. More flexible than traditional on-premise phone systems. 2. Works well in a multi-location / home office environment. 3. Cloud-managed. 4. Customers never receive a busy signal. 5. Able to port over existing phone numbers. The Intulse dashboard is robust and user-friendly. Support is quick, thorough, and friendly. This phone system, user interface, and the service provided have made our work more efficient.
