	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use Simple Great email templates The support and cs teams are fantastic. They really do go above and beyond. Privy is a good solution for email marketing. It helps to convert subscribers into loyal customers. It supports professional-looking email to gain more subscribers for business newsletters. It tells follow up reports about customers. Cons Not a ton but I’d love to see more segmentation and automation options. Privy worked outstanding for me. It drives more customers in my business.
