I like the organizational level that we’ve managed to achieve with this product. Another thing we admire is reporting automation. With normalized data across our company, we’ve been able to automate marketing reporting. We share these reports with the sales department and board of directors to brainstorm and define areas of improvement. With the automation of routine processes, we can allocate more time to higher priority tasks. Cons I wish the UI interface was more comprehensive for new users.
