Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love IBM Maximo's simplified licensing on which we need to pay only for what actually we use. It also allows us to customize the system according to our business model. Cons The only thing that I dislike about IBM Maximo is the setup process. We need an expert to help with the installation process and it is a time-consuming process.
