About

HyperDial is a complete AI-powered cloud phone system built to lift connect rates and turn more calls into revenue. It pairs a global directory of local & toll-free numbers with local-presence dialing, automatic number rotation, and AI number-health monitoring that rests numbers before carriers flag them as spam. Predictive, auto, power and parallel dialers keep reps talking, not waiting, with automated follow-ups, voicemail drop, call scheduling and dispositions. A browser-based softphone (WebRTC) handles inbound and outbound calls, alongside IVR, smart routing, queues, forwarding, recording, transfers and conferencing. Real-time dashboards plus call, user and number reports track connect rates and team performance. Native integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Freshdesk, Slack and Zapier, with an open API and webhooks, sync every call automatically. GDPR-aligned, encrypted and role-based from day one.

About

Quack is a parallel dialer that enables you to call multiple prospects simultaneously so you can speak to 2-3x more prospects per call block. Quack transforms cold calling into an effective channel for booking meetings. Save hours per day & book more meetings over the phone. Auto Import your call tasks from your sales engagement tool. Use Quack’s parallel & power dialer to call prospects and have 2-3x more conversations per day. Quack automatically syncs your updated call data with Outreach or Salesloft. Users can dial up to six prospects at once, with Quack connecting them to the first live answer, while automatically logging unanswered calls and advancing prospects through the sequence accordingly. The platform offers both parallel and power dialing options, two-way notes integration with SEPs or CRMs, incoming call reception, and analytics. The service is trusted by various SDR teams to facilitate more meaningful daily conversations with prospects.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Not much. The only positives were that it was fairly simple to set up and the pricing is competitive compared to other solutions. But you pay for what you get.

Cons

  • It only works with like 3 sales engagement platforms. Hubspot, Salesloft, and Outreach I believe. I also wanted something that included phone number remediation and/or management. Lastly, it can only dial 4 people at a time, which isn't much compared to most parallel dialers (up to 10). Their customer communication was also poor. I sent multiple requests to cancel prior to the trial ending, but they never got back to me. Now I have to dispute it with my credit card company which wasted a bunch of my time.
