Talent fit is a great tool to hire the best people for a team. It's an easy and intuitive tool for all, no extra effort is required. Delivers quality information for all, personally, as a team, and as a company. There's no room to misunderstand the data. It creates a safe space for everyone to talk about themselves and find solutions to their struggles. All members might receive feedback, meaning there's no hiding data. Cons More clear "shadow side" would be helpful, unclear how to use to track progress or growth. 1. Wish more people used it and were a global standard. 2. Had plugins to emails and business interaction software. From time to time some links appear broken. However just reloading pages are the solution needed. Finding still some resistance from teams to believe that it's so simple and so profound. They aren't used to the simplicity of the software.
